Forty Three / Eid Mubarak

I don't know about you guys, but I love Hari Rayas. I look forward to it every year, and I have all the mental images of how the house will be decorated, how my baju raya is going to look like, or things like that.

On the last day of Ramadhan, we made our own lemang, as per usual. I love this because this is where everyone will actually unite as one. It is amazing, that feeling of unity. With them around, I feel happy. I feel at home.

And then, at night, we will sit out side the house and pom pom pom! Mercun timeeee! All my siblings and cousins, even uncles and aunties will blend in with us and join the fun. It is one hellofa night, I'm telling you.

The saddest part is, this'd be Kak Long's last year celebrating Raya as a single lady. After this she'd be coming over with her husband. Aaaaa. The thought of it. Kills.

Yes. Dah tua bangka pun masih main bunga api. But who cares. At least I'm living life to the fullest! No regrets. :)

My malam raya tradition have always been awesome. Ailebit.
